Warranty Policy



General Terms of Warranty:

 

1- All our electronic products from Diva are guaranteed for 2 years (Manufacturer's Warranty)

 

2- Our warranty services do not fall. This includes the availability of spare parts, the repair period and/or the quality of repair, and the customer can communicate with the warranty service provider directly in case of any complaint or inquiry for a required service.

 

3-  To benefit from the warranty services, please make sure that the original invoice for the product is present in order to verify the serial number and the validity of the warranty period (the warranty card is brought to the device, if available)

 

4-  In some cases, a delivery representative will be sent to receive the product from the registered address and send it to the seller or the authorized service center, in this case the inspection period will be 15 working days from the date of receiving the product in our warehouse until the date of dispatch with the representative

6- The customer can receive. A replacement product or a refund of the purchase value after deducting the use value and missing accessories if they are eligible, within the rules and regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.**

 

7-  The life cycle of each product may differ, and the customer can review the product manual or contact the authorized person for more details.

8- We apply the policy of some service centers that may ask you to pay money for products that are rated out of warranty and you have refused to pay for the repair

 

9-  The warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse or misuse, liquid spillage, or other external causes.

 

10- The customer must make sure that the product was packaged in the original carton or was properly packaged to avoid any damage during the shipping process, and we will not be held responsible in the event of a break or damage to the product in this case, and the product under warranty will be returned to the customer without maintenance.

 

Device pick-up and delivery policy:

 

 The delivery service requires four to seven working days, in which case it will not be counted from the repair period.

* Pick-up and delivery service is not considered within the repair time of the product.

** The value of use is calculated at 5% of the value of the product at the time of purchase for each month starting from the date of purchase so that the value does not exceed 80% of the value of the product.

This warranty is only applicable to products that you purchase in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates or one of the Gulf states (the “Country”). Replaced or repaired products or parts will only be shipped to addresses located within the country, and refunds will only be given to accounts within the country.

In the event that the customer refuses to receive the product after completing the processing of the warranty request, the product will be stored in our warehouse for a maximum period of seven (7) days and the customer will not have the right to request the return of the product after the expiry of this period

Attention: Please always keep the original product box to ensure obtaining warranty service in accordance with the terms and conditions of some maintenance centers.
